About Our Founders
Founded in 2022 by Mike Marous and Rick Loconti, our roots extend far beyond its establishment. The founders, both with multi-generational backgrounds in the construction and electrical industries, respectively, bring a combined journey from the bottom to the top. Their story is exceptional – growing up in the industry, starting as laborers, and evolving into leaders of multimillion-dollar business units. The founders share core values of honesty, hard work, lasting quality, and exceptional service, making them a powerhouse driven by a team of great people accomplishing great things.
